OUR REFUND POLICY
A 65% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all projects, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Final payment is expected once the client has inspected and approved the work. Please note that after the client has signed off on the project, no refunds will be issued. It is the client's responsibility to review the project before approval thoroughly.
We offer a 90-day warranty on all projects, covering issues arising from normal wear and tear. This warranty ensures that any defects in craftsmanship or materials will be promptly addressed during this period. Please note, however, that the warranty does not cover damages resulting from customer misuse, abuse, or improper care. We stand by the quality of our work and encourage clients to reach out with any concerns within the warranty period for prompt resolution.
